Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Support care plan implementation and report updates to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on basic health care and wellness.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to provide quality care
